One of my favorite gentlemen (and a handsome one at that) to follow, is John Raser who is on the eGolf Tour. As he is known to some..."Speedraser" resides in Orlando, FL. You can follow him via twitter at @johnraser If you follow John Raser, you'll also know that he is out there grinding it out daily to hone his skills and get his game as crisp as it can be.
Being on the road and committed to golf means making sacrifices. This is time away from family and friends, your home and your "normalacy" that one finds in the off season, which is NOT long for most.
One of my LPGA favorites, is Christina Kim. She can be followed via twitter as well, at @thechristinakim. She is an LPGA Tour Player and author. Her most recent work was her book, which was written with @alanshipnuck. I must say, the book was a great read! I read this the first weekend I obtained the pre-ordered copy from Amazon. It's one of those that you just don't want to put down. It leaves you wondering what subject she will be talking about in the next chapter, etc. You can always find tweets from Christina, while hanging with "her girls"....@themichellewie and @theJ_Park. Most all of Christina's tweets are quite enjoyable and entertaining. She is known for showing kindness and appreciation to the volunteers on the many courses she plays. All of this and more, is why I am naming Christina Kim my favorite LPGA Player of 2010!
Most of you that follow these two golfers via twitter, know of their competitive sides with their CKJR challenge. They even tried to stream this live to their many followers. It is said that their next challenge, which formidably should be called CKJR #2 will possibly have someone there to video and tweet for them. I don't know about you all, but I would jump at that chance! :)
