The talk of today's golf world on the PGA side revolves around today's qualifying rounds for the upcoming US Open. After securing his first PGA Tour win Sunday after 10 yrs on the tour, Justin Rose fails to qualify. Rickie Fowler summed up his feelings about his own play today in a tweet saying he was "bummed"!
Many have voiced dismay via Twitter over the USGA rules and feel that they are due a change. Definitely food for thought when someone who wins a PGA Tour event within a week, and the same calendar year, still has to go through & qualify. While I'm sure Justin is very disappointed, he still has to be beaming about his well deserved win yesterday!
